We went to a nice party at the home of one of our neighbors and met the pastor for St. Paul's Episcopal Church in San Rafael. He revealed to us a previously unknown fact (to us) about Vince Guaraldi's work on A Charlie Brown Christmas album -
"The children's chorus for the songs "Christmas Time Is Here", "Hark the Herald Angels Sing" and when the kids all shout "Merry Christmas Charlie Brown" were performed by members of the choir of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in San Rafael California. "
He said that there are still a couple members of that original group in his current congregational choir.
